Our services and courses are based on the foundation of a healthy lifestyle in order to build a healthy mind, body and spirit. A healthy diet, regular exercise and a positive mindset is key in building self-esteem and self-confidence, enabling you to enjoy all that you are. This gives you the freedom to explore new opportunities, try new things and make the most of who you are now. We focus on moving forwards - this is not a place to dwell on the past, it is a place to accept who and where you are right now and move on.

Hi, I’m Lisa. I have opened my Pearl Lifestyles school to provide a range of courses, with optional 1:1 or group coaching, to support women to rediscover who they truly are, to rebuild their self-esteem and to learn to love themselves again, after years of looking after everyone else.
Past experiences (such as bad relationships, traumatic events) and putting yourself at the bottom of your list for years results in feelings of not being good enough and unimportant. We lose sight of who we really are, what we want and we lose confidence in our ability to fulfil our potential. I suffered with low self-esteem as a result of domestic abuse for many years and I have slowly rebuilt myself using the foundation of a healthy lifestyle to rebuild my confidence and from there rediscovering who I AM and learning to love, respect and appreciate myself. My services aim to empower you to start looking after yourself and feel great on the inside and outside, to start working out what you want and rediscover all that YOU are. Lisa x
